
Do you ever feel down?
Sometimes I just feel sucky, don't want to do anything. Feel like everything is going wrong! Jobs that I applyed to that I get rejected from, things in my private live that go wrong. And 'problems' with friends. Everything is just going wrong!
So what can I do? Well I got 5 tips for you to make you feel better again!
1. Do something nice for yourself!
Eat some chocolate for example. Did you know chocolate contains stuff that make your brain go happy?
2. Do something fun, outside.
Going outside and out of the house does not only gets your mind of things. Fresh air and a different setting can make me feel happy!
3. Listen to happy music.

4. Go sport!
Sporting is not only good for you but also releases stuff that (just like chocolate) makes your brain feel happy-happy.
5. Put things in perspective.
Some things might not be so bad after all if you think about it. Take a step back and see the bigger picture. Try to see the bright side of things!
